What we do

Everything under one roof, in plain language.

Cleanings & checkups

The visit that keeps the other visits short. Twice a year, roughly an hour, and you go home with a clear picture of where your mouth stands.

  • Cleaning & polishPlaque and hardened tartar removed from places a toothbrush cannot reach, above and below the gumline.
  • Digital X-raysDigital imaging catches problems early, while treatment is still simple. Low dose, and the images are on the screen beside you.
  • Oral cancer screeningA check of the soft tissue at every exam. Quick, painless, and the reason it is caught early when it is caught early.
  • Gum health trackingMeasurements recorded visit to visit, so we see drift before it becomes disease.
  • Deep cleaningScaling and root planing where gum disease has already set in, cleaning the root surfaces the gums have pulled away from.
  • Fluoride & sealantsExtra protection for teeth at higher risk, sealing the grooves where decay usually starts.
Behind on visits?

Plenty of people walk in after five or ten years away. You will not get a lecture. We start with a look, tell you what we find, and build a plan you can pace out.

Your first appointment

Four steps, about an hour.

Bring your ID, insurance card and a list of any medications you take. That's it.

Step one

Paperwork

Health history and insurance, done at the front desk or sent to you ahead of time so you can fill it out at home.

Step two

Images

Digital X-rays and photos. Low dose, quick, and they go straight to the screen next to your chair.

Step three

The exam

A full look at teeth, gums and bite. We walk through what we're seeing on screen while we're seeing it.

Step four

The plan

What needs doing now, what can wait, and what each part costs after insurance. In writing, before you leave.

Insurance & payment

The money part, spelled out.

We're in network with most major PPO plans and file claims directly on your behalf. Call the office with your carrier and member ID and we'll verify your coverage before you come in, so nothing about your benefits is a guess on the day of treatment.

You can still be seen. We quote uninsured pricing before treatment starts, and we accept Cherry, which splits larger treatment into monthly payments. Ask the front desk what a specific procedure runs and you'll get a straight number.

We accept Cherry, which lets you pay for treatment over time in monthly instalments rather than all at once. Applying takes a few minutes at the front desk. For bigger cases like crowns, bridges or dentures we can also stage the treatment itself. Either way, you'll know the total, the monthly amount and the term before you sign anything.

Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Life happens, and we'd rather move your appointment than lose you as a patient. Short-notice cancellations just make it harder to give that slot to someone in pain.

Book an appointment

Call us and we'll find you a time.

Scheduling happens over the phone, so you get a real person who can see the book, answer insurance questions, and fit you in sooner if you're hurting.

Email is best for non-urgent questions, records requests or insurance paperwork. For anything time-sensitive, please call.

In pain and it's after hours? Leave a message and we'll get back to you first thing. If you have facial swelling affecting your breathing, vision or swallowing, go to an emergency room.
